doctor · clinical leader · product maker
I’m an experienced GP and clinical leader working where frontline care, technology and implementation meet. I turn real-world problems into thoughtful digital products—and help good ideas survive contact with busy clinical practice.
01
My perspective comes from years spent across a large surgery, urgent and out-of-hours care, 111, intermediate care, specialist services and unusual clinical environments. That breadth matters: technology only works when it understands the people, pressures and handovers around it.
Alongside clinical work, I have led digital change, contributed to national digital discussions, supported rapid service redesign and evaluated new technology through the lenses of clinical safety, usability and workflow.
I also build. From identifying a need and shaping the user experience to prototyping, debugging, testing and shipping, I enjoy the full path from an untidy problem to something useful in someone’s hand.

Clinical digital leadership in a large surgery, including implementation, workflow redesign, troubleshooting, staff engagement, supplier liaison and safer adoption.
Rapid prototyping, AI-assisted development, product design, testing, debugging, API integration and deployment—with honest boundaries around what technology can do.

clinical leadership
Leadership across practice, local services and professional representation has taught me to translate between frontline teams, decision-makers and technical suppliers.
digital change
I have worked on digital systems, national discussions and rapid service change, including during the pandemic and in a field-hospital setting. The difficult part is rarely the idea; it is making it safe, usable and workable.
hands-on making
Building and releasing The Vault—and developing WardPad and other products—has given me direct experience of product decisions, iteration, privacy, testing, deployment and the reality of shipping.
