Terms of service

Updated 10 October 2026 · Current beta service

Remind Me Yesterday helps you organise events, tasks and everyday preparations. These terms explain how you can use the app and what you can expect while it is being tested.

Who provides the app

Remind Me Yesterday is provided by Dave Wilson, trading as maninaskirt. For support or questions about these terms, contact hello@maninaskirt.com.

Using Yesterday

You may use the app for your own planning and organisation, subject to these terms and any applicable Apple terms. Connect only accounts you are authorised to access and share only information you have permission to share. You retain ownership of your content. You allow us and the service providers described in our privacy notice to process it as needed to provide the features you use.

Do not use the service unlawfully, interfere with other users, bypass access or usage controls, or attempt to access data that is not yours. Keep your device and account access secure.

AI suggestions and your decisions

AI can misunderstand messages, miss information or suggest an incorrect date, task or action. Check important details against the original source and review proposed changes before accepting them. Tell us when something is wrong so we can investigate.

The app is an organisational aid, not an emergency service or a source of medical, legal or financial advice. A medication reminder records a schedule you provide; it does not decide what medicine or dose someone should take.

Reminders and connected sources

Phone alerts depend on notification permissions, device settings and operating-system delivery. Source updates depend on connectivity, account permissions and when the app checks for changes. Continuous background checking or delivery of every alert is not guaranteed. Keep another reliable arrangement for time-critical responsibilities.

Google and Microsoft source connections are read-only. Changes you make to a plan inside Yesterday do not automatically change the original calendar entry or email. Separate export and sharing actions may create a copy in another app. Third-party services have their own terms and may change their availability.

The beta and future pricing

The app is currently in private TestFlight testing. Features may change, and bugs or interruptions may occur. Access and AI usage may be limited during the trial. We will explain applicable limits and, where practical, give notice of significant changes or the end of the trial. TestFlight builds also have an expiry date shown by Apple.

These terms do not authorise a payment or automatic subscription. If we offer a paid service, its price, allowance, renewal and cancellation terms will be shown before you choose to purchase it. We will not apply new charges retrospectively to your beta use.

Your information and leaving

Our privacy notice explains local storage, source connections and cloud AI processing. You can stop using the app and disconnect sources. Disconnecting does not necessarily remove previously imported plans; remove those separately if you no longer want them. You can also revoke access in your source provider's account settings.

Before removing the app, keep copies of information you want to retain. For help with an account or data-removal request, contact us at the address above. Removing the app does not remove copies you have already shared with someone else.

Availability and fair use

We aim to provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We may need to pause access to address a security issue, prevent abuse or comply with the law. Where practical, we will explain the reason and help resolve a problem. We may also end the beta with reasonable notice where circumstances allow.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms takes away your statutory consumer rights or excludes responsibility where it would be unlawful to do so, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. The beta status and limitations described here do not override those rights. Contact us if something goes wrong so we can try to put it right.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or legal requirements. We will update the date on this page and give reasonable notice of material changes where practical. Any new paid offer requires your separate agreement. You may stop using the service if you do not wish to continue under revised terms.
