last few years, I branched out to Cognacs, Ports and Fine Sherries and was
awarded a Professional du Vin with the oldest gourmond society (dating back to
1258) - l'Ordre
Mondial des Gourmets Dégustateurs de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs!Last year I was awarded a medal for my year's service to the whisky industry - I am now proud to be a 'Keeper of the Quaich!' I also present Chapagne sabering and Port tonging - learn more about Knights of Saber and Tong here! The more people learn about these fascinating drinks, the more they appreciate and enjoy them.
